The Facilities Management Department of New York University acquired space in a neighboring campus building on Mercer Street. To unify the workspaces with a strong design element and make the most of a limited budget, a suspended perforated wood ceiling extends the length of the open work area on each floor. MYA was responsible for design and documentation, bidding and construction administration of the renovation and conversion of three floors of this building.
